If you provide a phone number for a concierge request, LawTrader may use it to respond about that request as described on the submission page. Message and data rates may apply.

We may share information with attorneys, legal-service providers, transaction participants, or other professionals when needed to evaluate or fulfill the connection you requested and when the applicable workflow permits disclosure.

We may also use service providers that support hosting, authentication, data storage, email delivery, security, and similar operations. Do not send highly sensitive client records, privileged communications, medical records, financial account numbers, or confidential deal documents through a general request form. Use an approved secure channel when LawTrader or a participating professional provides one.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, administer a request or relationship, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention may vary by record type and marketplace stage.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security, so users should choose carefully what they submit through a general form.

LawTrader uses cookies or similar session technologies that are necessary to authenticate users, maintain secure sessions, and protect controlled-access areas. Browser settings may allow you to limit cookies, but doing so can prevent account features from working.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, fraud-prevention, transaction, or recordkeeping reasons. Privacy rights can vary by location, and LawTrader will evaluate requests under applicable law.

You can choose not to provide optional information. If required information is withheld, LawTrader may be unable to review or complete the requested service.

LawTrader is not directed to children under 13. External websites and participating professionals have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not govern information you provide directly to them.
